Welcome to the PayPal community and thanks for reaching out! If you'd like to cancel the dispute, all you need to do is go to the Resolution Center, click "View" next to the dispute you want to close, and then click "Close this dispute." Remember that one you close a dispute, it can't be re-opened or escalated to a claim.
