@mini2min PayPal Seller Protection does not cover your sale like insurance and has it's limitations: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#seller-protection If a PayPal dispute is filed and in your case, the likely type of claim would be SNAD (Significantly Not As Described), and you're not covered. Depending on the circumstances of your case you might be forced to accept a return and refund outcome. If there is a issue with the returned item upon receipt, report buyer abuse of the buyer protection program to PayPal so it'll be on the buyer's account record. If you do get the dress back without the stain or any issue with it, report the buyer abuse anyway that it was buyer's remorse return and re-list the dress for sale again.
