PayPal decided that I am entitled to receive a refund (the seller initially refused). In order for my refund to be processed, I need to send the products back and send the proof by writing the tracking numbers on the Resolution Centre. The problem I have is that I can only write 1 tracking number, although I have 2 separate parcels I need to send back. I already sent the parcels back and wrote 1 tracking number, but I have nowhere to put the second no. The claim changed the status automatically with ''waiting for the seller to respond''. Do you have any idea where can I communicate the second tracking number? I don't want the seller to stall this any longer as it has taken me 1 month and a half to resolve this issue.
