Is this for a transaction where you were the buyer or the seller? If you sent money to a seller for a purchase, the seller may or may not provide tracking for the item. Most sellers do because it ensures their Seller Protection and enables them to have their funds released more quickly, but it is not a requirement to provide tracking.
If you find that you do not receive the item and you've waited a reasonable period of time, please reach out to the seller. If the seller is not cooperative or responsive, you can open a dispute within 180 days of the transaction.
