I paid for a gucci bag after the seller sent an invoice last Wednesday. I received the bag on Friday. The funds have disappeared. Not returned to me and seller hasn’t received. The seller hasn’t used PayPal previously. I’m thinking her account wasn’t set up properly but why haven’t I received a refund.
