I'm very sorry to hear that PayPal decided to part ways with your business. That isn't an easy decision and I'm sorry that this happened. The point of a limitation is to prevent an account from being used. No additional charges would be initiated once the limitation was placed.
With that being said, at the time your PayPal account was limited, did it have a negative balance? If so, PayPal may pursue collection efforts to resolve a negative balance.
