Good morning everyone, very new to this community and wanting help to something that I am not to sure about.
I have sold a bank note to someone on the internet and have had them deposit a large amount through Pay pal. After I have sent the note through Fedex with a tracking number does the buyer have any way to void payment of the bank note as it has a tracking number on it ???
Plus is there any way that I can remove the hold on the money that is in pay pal as they hold it for 21 or 22 days ??
