i am working on a site that uses paypal payments API, and all is working fine. The site is related to SMS campaign marketing and users load balance on site via paypal payments API, now depending on the high usage the users are demanding to have a functionality where they can set a lower limit on their on site account and the app should automatically topup from paypal whenever the balances drop below that limit.I have looked into the docs and i did find recurring payments and subscriptions but i dont think that they match my requirements.   So my first question is, is it even possible when using paypal i know i might have to add some custom logic on my end but still i cant think of a way to use recurring payments or the subscriptions for these requirements, as the payments api redirects the user which is not the requirement here.   So any suggestions? ... A recent problem with the sandbox accounts creation when using US as the country was resulting in an error, in the meantime when the issue wasnt fixed i tried creating different sandbox accounts with Brazil & Australia as the country which resulted in success, but after fixing the issue now i cannot delete those accounts that i created with Brazil and Australia. it throws the following error when i attempt to delete them by selecting them via radio button     Something went wrong. i signed up yesterday and then tried to login on the `developer.paypal.com` with my live credentials and was able to login. But when attempting to create a new sandbox account it jus says error under the `status` column after showing processing for a few minutes. Event the default accounts created when logging in the developers.paypal.com are showing the same status. What could be the problem is there any kind of issue or disruption on the sandbox ENV although `paypal-status` doesnot say so.   i am facing this issue since yesterday. See the image below.   Also When trying to crate an APP it does not list any of the default business account   In attempt to troubleshoot the issue i found that the sandbox accounts give errorwhen you have the Coutnry selected as US and  if you select Brazil it works correctly and shows complete under status  column rather than showing error. ...
