PAYPAL HOLDING EVERY SINGLE SALE I MAKE FROM EBAY

I am an ebay seller that has gone through the ebay 90 day/3 months hold programme and has graduated from that.  After the ebay holds stopped i was selling with no problems or issues for a month after that finished.  Then suddenly, with no warning, paypal start to hold every single transaction i make on ebay holding the funds for every sale.  I was unsure why they were doing this so i called them to ask why this was.  At first they told me it was because of an old account and when this account was closed the holds on my sales would stop.  I closed that account and it made no difference.  The holds on every single sale i made still were held.  I kept calling and emailing paypal since January, four months worth of complaing about the holds they putting on my sales only to be told in the last week it is a random hold on my account.  When paypal hold every single sale i make for 4 months i hardly think that this is a case of randonly holding some sales.  They are holding all sales without fail that i make.  I have had to open a dispute with the FSA ombudsman as i keep on getting misinformation from the customer services without any resolution.  They cannot hold every single sale i do indefinintly for months and months this is not acceptable for sellers and casuses major disruption when posting items.  I have complained to the FSA  and they are going to investigate my case with paypal.  I also wanted to ask users if this problem had happened to them, where paypal are placing all of your sales on hold and saying it is a random hold, which, of course, is not correct if it happenes on every single you do.  In addition to the FSA are there any other ways of involing my solicitor or possibly taking paypal to county court so that action can be taken?     ... Hi,    I have had to open a case with the FSA OMBUDSMAN regarding paypal holds on my account on every single sale that i make, regardless of what it is.  Paypal tried to say it was a random hold, but every single item i have sold off ebay over the last three months has been held, so this is hardly randomly spot checking a few sales.  I called them for around two months and they gave me a range of excuses, even saying it saying the holds were due to an old account i had.  I closed the old account and still the holds continued and yet more excuses and misinformation from the agents when i was calling about it.  I have already graduated from the ebay 90 days hold programme and a month after that stopped paypal then started holding every single sale I made.  They are still giving me no reason why when i have an excellent records, low disputes, 100% feedback, no issues with items.  I felt helpless that paypal were controling my money without my conscent and unethically giving me no time frame of when the holds would end or any reasons why suddenly a month after the ebay hold stopped, they, without warning then started to hold every single sale i made.  I have opened a case with the ombudsman and they said they are going to investigate paypal.  you can contact the fsa here to make a complaint they then contact paypal on your behalf.  It is quite easy and simple to do and the ombusman will make an invstigation into your account and tell you what they can do about it if you have been unfairly treated.  They also work between you an paypal to come to a resolution to your problem with them.  Here's the link to the FSA: <removed>.
