I used the Chat feature. They asked about Business Purpose, Number of Repeat Customers, Number of Repeat Transactions, and Expected Revenue. I responded, "I am starting a publishing business and wish to make one-time sales and subscriptions services. I would like to expedite the payment process, however, it is unknown at this time how many repeat customers or transactions I will have." I was then issued a Request ID # and told, "The relevant team will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours." We'll see what happens...
