A payment has recently been refunded on my account due to a payment reversal that wasn't covered by seller protection for whatever reason. Instead of being refunded the fees associated with the payment I seem to have been charged a fee. There is no explanation for this money being taken from my account. I sold a digital item online, and received a payment reversal dispute within an hour. What is involved with payment reversals on the seller side, and how long do these take to process? I'm also not very impressed with having no option to add additional information to a dispute. ... View more
