I have a question. Someone wants to send me 1500, and they say the fee for the transaction is 250, and they're sending me 1750 to cover the transaction fee. Is that legit, or is the amount too big? Seems fishy.

I sent 200 USD but accidentally converted it to BRL. The refund is apparently going to be in BRL rather than USD. Isn't a refund supposed to be a reversal of a recent charge or transaction? Help me here. I'm feeling lost.
