Hi everyone, what should I do when I have to file a complaint to Paypal to get refund from the seller STYLEVANA didn't send out my items after a month of payment. Right after I escalate the case, the seller just ship my package out. I want to get the refund but the seller just prove the tracking # right after I filed a complaint so what should I do ? and if I close this case, in case I have problem with the seller about the product or shipping later, can I still open the case again?
