these scammers still have their paypal account active... do we need to go to the streets and protest to get paypal's attention? public immolation?   their website doesn't list any phone number. the return shipping address they list doesn't exist in google maps.   [Rempved] Washington    if paypal verifies their account, they will see false information as well.     ... paypal must have a minimum set of rules to allow accounts  to be created. scammers will create a fake account in paypal with a fake phone #, fake address and fake email.   there is no vetting process...       after creating fake paypal account, scammers happily process paypal transactions.   the evidence is out there, this is no secret.   https://fakewebsitebuster.com/howsells-com     ... As Sharpie said if paypal withdrew their use of paypal from a site then they just start over again with another name / company / site and add paypal again. Setting up fake companies takes seconds in China.   The best thing is to not buy from them in the first place, to recognise them - 1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth. 2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address. 3. Rarely company address information. 4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat. 5. Fake reviews. 6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over. 7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims. I understand.     In this particular case, the thermal touch gloves scam matches the points you listed above, yet paypal still hasn't stopped them.   neither does shopify, which hosts them.   the evidence is clear and unambiguous. inaction gives the wrong impression.   the fact that these fraudsters proliferate unimpeded in china does not make them untouchable.        ...
