I'm from Philippines and the money came from US to my PayPal account it's almost a week now after the item has been delivered but the money is still on hold. I've read something about putting the tracking number on PayPal so it will be automatically released a day after the delivery but its does nothing. I cant contact PayPal I'm having a hard time. ...
