I have confirmed my identity via paypal twice on the phone with questions. Every time I try to link either the bank account I unlinked (which I was planning on deactivating because my payment account info was stolen), or a new bank account, it unlinks, won't link, or denies payment. I called a few days ago on the phone and was told that I was all set, and that my new bank account was linked. Lo and behold, my payment was denied and it wasn't linked. If paypal thinks they are going to get the extra 1% from me using my card to pay my Paypal Credit fees on all of my payments, they're sorely mistaken - I'll let it go to collections and give them proof that I've tried resolving this issue for hours with no assistance. Don't get me started on reaching out to them on twitter, either. I've done that 10 times already over 10 days, and they don't even read your message. They just say, "Hello,I would like to help, what is your issue?" and stop responding. Can I please get a supervisor that speaks English as their native language ,from the United States, to help me?
