I have had numerous conversations with PayPal on the phone. If it has been escalated I don’t know. Is that something they would tell you? If it is I haven’t been told in the 8 conversations I have had. I get conflicting information every time I call. I will have to see if that’s been done. I think I’m going to call my credit card company and dispute charge through them if it’s not too late. I’m think I will have better results. It’s been 52 days since I placed the order and almost a month dealing with PayPal. I’m sure you can understand my frustration. Money taken, no product, money hasn’t been returned.

I’m not sure why the rudeness. I was just saying of course I filed a claim. My mistake I didn’t mention it in my first post. You were the one that said did I actually file I claim. I didn’t think that was a necessary comment. I didn’t mention it because it’s petty. I came to this forum to vent frustration and see what other avenues I possibly have from being ripped off from a shady company. I have been trying to follow PayPal dispute steps and that nothing but, a big circle.

I have filed a dispute, have presented my evidence and all but told that this company gets to keep my money!! I didn’t receive any product!! Disputes do nothing. What is your next suggestion?? I have been complaining PayPal does nothing. PayPal pretty much told me they will side with seller. Awful company! I have posted on social media sites and PayPal is trying to shut me down for speaking the truth. Awful company! I’m going to tell everyone I know about how crappy PayPal is!

I’m in a dispute with this awful company also and sounds like PayPal will side with the thieves. I have an email from company stating I would receive a refund and PayPal doesn’t seem to want to acknowledge it. This is why PayPal is supposed be around so consumers won’t get ripped of by awful companies. PayPal is just as bad as those companies now.

I am a buyer, I made a purchase via PayPal last day of November. I never received my merchandise. After numerous emails with seller, they said they will refund my money on Jan 7th. I still don’t have my money and PayPal isn’t helping at all. What is next step since, PayPal is supposed to help but, they aren’t at all?
