PayPal would not back me up either.  I tried from June until October...they kept overturning it in favor of YUHAN even though I had proof that it was a bait and switch.  I have not discontinued using them for my business which I ran 250,000-500,000 through PayPal a year.  Said that they wouldn't back me up on being scammed for 29.95...and now they've lost out on all those fees they were making off of my business.  Wow...who ever is running PayPal now needs to be fired. ... Paypal will not give you your money back.  They just make you keep providing more and more info.  I'm on month 4 on my dispute over Yuhan scam.  The address is Hong Kong AND is not even a real address to send it back to.  Do not send it back...you are throwing more money away.  Just stop using PayPal and go with your bank cards.  They lost my business over this.  There is no buyer protection even though I could prove the bait and switch.  Boycott Paypal.   ... I'm the victim.  It my bank PayPal since that's who I was scammed through???  This is that Yuhan bait and switch scam I'm filing on.  Then when it asks for their information...do I put their PayPal information???  I don't have their banking information which it's asking for (why would I, I used PayPal ) so this is very confusing to me how to fill this out properly.  Said that PayPal knows they are scamming us and is making us file an IC3 claim to further delay refunding our money.  Ridiculous!!!   ... I bought through what appeared to be a regular website until after check out...then the name changed and money sent to Yuhan.  No way could I have known it was scammers.  I buy online 365 days a year...it's my business and industry.  I've never had a horrible experience with PayPal until yesterday when they chose to back these scammers.  I will never use PayPal for a purchase again.  I've been using them since they first started back in the day.  Sad they would risk all of these people leaving PayPal to back this scam. ...
