I'm the victim. It my bank PayPal since that's who I was scammed through??? This is that Yuhan bait and switch scam I'm filing on. Then when it asks for their information...do I put their PayPal information??? I don't have their banking information which it's asking for (why would I, I used PayPal ) so this is very confusing to me how to fill this out properly. Said that PayPal knows they are scamming us and is making us file an IC3 claim to further delay refunding our money. Ridiculous!!!
