Sorry, not helpful. The issue was NOT how to create an additional user - the issue is how to let that user access the initial account. And there is a main flaw in PayPal's user interface as I learned in another forum: The login for the new user only contains the email or phone number, it does NOT ask for the UserID which has been set up on the original account and has to be used. Big, big flaw. Hope it will be fixed one day, but I heard it has been suggested many times, so...

I am having a hard time figuring out how the Manage Users feature works. A friend has invited me to access her PayPal account in order to edit Buy Now buttons. The first attempt using my PayPal Business account didn't work, seemingly because you cannot use an existing PayPal account..? Maybe. Well, we tried with a new email address, verified with code. No login possible. OK then. I try inviting myself, with another email address, follow the steps that are suggested. Account confirmed, can log in into the new account - but there seems no way to access the account of the user that sent the invitation. What's the secret? Hint to PayPal: Your Assistant is ... not helpful.
