As many other members state Paypal is unable to protect customers.Why should we use PayPal if there is no buyer protection from them .I had a case recently and they asked me to return broken pieces to a forwarding company in order to get my money back .They are unable to protect their customers and they have teached their stuff to talk to people like robots.This is not a professional manner but a company who works like mafia to protect fraud.Sorry for my words but this is the truth and if we as customers do not do anything to bring them to their senses they will harm other people. Why should I contact PayPal when they tell me to start an issue with my bank card institution.I use them for buyer protection wich is none existent and I do not trust them anymore. About case for damaged item

I have a case opened because I received a damaged item. The item was received in pieces smashed .I escalated it on paypal .The time for seller to respond is 21 March.The seller did not respond and paypal is asking me to return the item .I stated that the item cannot be returned because it is in broken pieces.I think I am in risk of loosing my money although I have the right to be refunded. Please does anyone know at the resolution center there is a window saying respond.Should I press the respond button and how can I send pictures to paypal of the broken pieces I received.It is urgend I need help ... I have opened a case about an item .It was a mug which I reeived broken in pieces.It was glass.Paypal asked to return item although I stated with pictures and talked to them that the item is small pieces of broken glass and it cannot be returned.Then I got a message telling me to get a police report that the item was broken.Here in Greece , I  must say my location is in Greece no police station gives such reports.Are these people gone crazy?Why are theyt mocking on us that we are protected?Please does anyone know what can I do because Iam in danger of loosing my money and this is unfair ...
