PayPal Community

There is a Preauthorized Paypal Payment showing on my Bank Account. There is not a single matching payment on my account that matches this amount. I called Paypal and they confirmed that no such charge was anywhere on my account and that I needed to contact my bank. I am honestly at my wit's end. I have been trying to get a refund for TWO Canada Post shipping labels. I called paypal, they told me to call Canada Post. I called Canada Post and they told me they can't do anything on their end and that I need to get the refund through paypal.    Can anyone help me out with this?   Thank you. ... View more
