Here is my story: I purchased some product online , it was 4 bottles of ginger oil , The Supplier due to customs reasons shipped them all separately. So after 30 or so days one bottle turned up , after another 10 days i contacted the supplier, thats when then said they were shipped as separate items. After another 10 days i decided to start a Dispute and ask for a refund of the balance of the product , So after an extended period of time Paypal decided it would refund me upon the return of the product , I then explained again i did not receive the product only one part and i have started using it and again requested 3 quarters of the money to be returned ,then after another week i get asked for proof of the returned product, again i tell them i have nothing to return , Another few days and i get told "Dear Wizzcom, We've now completed our review of your case. Unfortunately, we were unable to decide this case in your favour. If you wish to pursue this further, we encourage you to contact your seller directly for resolution. Transaction details Case ID: PP-007-430-878-554 Seller's name: The Trendy Things PLT" Now i have to ask who runs this circus, there is no logic , How can i return what i dont have ?????? So angry , It not that its a lot of money its the principal , I have an online store , So maybe next time someone buys something i should not send it , Then they have nothing to return and i get to keep the money . PayPal you need to read and understand what you have read , in this case it is black and white. I will get my money back , all i need to do is persuade a customer to pay via another means and you loose the 2.6% you charge me . Ok rant over, Signed Wizzcom
