My account was Limited for 2 reasons -
1 - There was another account sharing my information that had a negative balance to resolve
2- a buyer claimed that items were not delivered/ not what they said they were
In regard to number 1 - My account has been limited for 3 months now. they said they are 'reviewing submissions and will get back to me shortly'. 3 months later and still the same. I am not aware of another account I had which had balance issues - but the limitation gives no information at all about this other account. If i click 'RESOLVE' it says ' please log into your other account and resolve the issues'.
If i dont know about this other account, how the **bleep** do i resolve it? I have been provided with no information about this other account at all, I have emailed Paypal and get no response whatsoever, I call them and the line gets hung up after 30seconds everytime.
How can i resolve this issue when they wont tell me the name, email of this other account and are impossible to contact?
In regard to number 2 -
I have had no disputes on this account. No one has made a dispute so why does it say a buyer has said this?
My activity shows no dispute was made, my resolution centre is empty and has no past cases or claims, and i have had no buyers contact me about a transaction.
so again this makes 0 sense and i think paypal are lying. again they wont give me any information about this limitation in regard to who made the dispute, when, etc.
so what do i do when they wont let me contact them, have provided no information whatsoever about these limitations and have given me no way of resolving them? surely i can report this to some authority as i have 500 pounds on this account balance just stuck there.
