Can anybody give any insight into the best way to get Paypal to release my funds... I have over £10k that has been sat in my account for over a month. They initially asked for various documents to prove identity etc which I duly supplied. They then managed to delete these and ask the same questions again!.
In the meantime, they are sitting on my cash...
The customers services line, which I have tried several times, has a queue of at least two hours.. The Web Chat / messaging system is also useless.
Any suggestions out there?... I'd even consider a legal solution if somebody has one.

I have exact same situation but ive had my funds held/limited for 12 months now without evidence given to me, communication or any way to resolve it. am just going to contact a debt collector to retrieve funds on my behalf and send them a nice letter, with lots of interest and admin fee's added ontop for the way they have dealt with me.
Paypal are in effect the biggest scammers on the internet.
