Hello,    Yes I withdrew to a linked bank account.  All security information is up to date. The 4 digit security number has been entered. I have sent a copy of ID and proof of address, and all of this was confirmed over the phone recently.  I have previously withdrew to this account on several occasions which appeared instantly in my account. I transferred some money from PayPal to my personal bank account, normally this was done instantly, however the transfer appeared as Pending.  I waited over 48 hours, and then chatted to PayPal on the online chat, I questioned the situation.  PayPal told me I should receive my money by the end of the day, I waited and nothing. Still pending.  I contacted PayPal again, by this time I had waited over the stated 72 hours my money was still pending. PayPal then told me I should wait til the end of the day.   I've just checked now and my transfer was refused.    Is anyone else experiencing such a problem? For what reason would a transfer from my PayPal to my bank account be refused? ... View more
