pay pal has kept my balance hostage for almost 2 months. all the needed banking info has been supplied and confirmed. several attempts have been made to make this happen. my bank has confirmed that they have no attempts to deposit any funds from pay pal. pal pal has confirmed the bank account and info including several linked cards. several calls have been made to pay pal help center with absolutely no help or resolution, the last call for a supervisor had me on hold for nearly 45 min. transfer is initiated and then returned in a day or two. i am at a loss on how to proceed further and have been told by a supervisor that pay pal has no resolution for this issue even though the problem is on their system.
