PayPal/Aliexpress overcharged more, than displayed in the "3 for $2.99" aka bundle deals basket, binding order button and the PayPal popup. Hours later the prices are back, like the vendors didn´t risen them, but Aliexpress just for me. A new order is not overcharged. How to cancel the frozen overcharged one or change the difference PayPal conflict to the full amount? One way could be to close the Paypal dispute of the difference, but there might be no guarantee, that the frozen status will be lifted. Cancelling orders is not possible, when marked as frozen.
