I've successfully been using Quicken 2019 on Win10 to download and track my PayPal account, but it recently stopped working a few days ago. Error message is "Your financial institution's website has a new page or pop-up window that needs your response." When I log in directly to the website, there is indeed a window that pops up that tries to direct me to the "Business Resource Center". There doesn't appear to be a way to "acknowledge" this window so it doesn't appear during subsequent logins. Does anyone have a workaround?
