My debit card is about to expire and I've been trying to update the expiration date for days now without success - after a short loading period message 'we are unable to process your request, try again later' pops up. I repeat, it's been at it for days, and my card expires in a couple of days. I cannot file a complaint because paypal has this frustrating policy of having no way to contact them or ask help beyond some 'faq' form where they guess what your problem is and how you can fix it yourself. How do I contact paypal and address a real person hired to manage a problem? Thanks, Mile
