I purchased an item from Canada nearly 3 weeks ago. I am in the US (I'm really only 7 hour drive from the seller). The seller shipped the item, but it was refused by US Customs. Now it is bouncing between U.S. and Canada and I'm the only one making effort trying to figure out where the heck this package is and why it's being sent back and forth between borders. I'm getting pretty tired of this and at this point can I just request Paypal to cancel the transaction? I paid using Paypal Goods and Services and it it was approximately $4,000 USD. It has been over 3 weeks now.
