Ok, below is what I have tried and the error I keep getting 1. I have tried to link my account to Mpesa. When I try this, I get the error " Sorry, we can't link these accounts. The PayPal and M-PESA accounts you've listed don't belong to the same person. Please make sure that the details in your accounts match. Try again or contact us." 2. I have tried sending the money to a family member and I get this error "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." 3. I checked the help centre for some quick solutions and I thought it was a withdrawal limit issue. To solve this as indicated, I linked my credit card and verified it. I got confirmation email that my withdrawal limit has been removed and I can withdraw unlimited amount. However, when I try the two options above, I still get the same error.
