Each past year we have sold five different products with five different descriptions and prices. I am trying to set up invoice templates for this year's group of five and need to delete all the 25 templates from the past we will never use again. The products no longer exist. Several week's ago, I asked the question about how to reach my templates from the Dashboard. The answers I received seemed fine at the time until I attempted to try them ... but my dashboard doesn't have the cog wheel in the location mentioned mentioned in the solution. I've attached a jpeg of my dashboard and really would like to get to my templates without going the suggested URL route. There was nothing listed under "more." Hi, I am using the Canadian version of PayPal, and need to manage my templates.  I have three.  One I would like to delete and the other two I need to make some changes. My templates are currently showing DD/MM/YYYY  I use three templates when issuing invoices. How do I change each of my template to MM/DD/YYYY? Do I need to create new templates to make this change? Thanks, Dave. ... View more
