Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding UPS as a shipping method on your account. You should have the option to use it on a Personal and Business account. Can you provide a bit more information into the error you're receiving when you try to add UPS as a shipping option? Also, I know this seems like a simple thing, but don't forget to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history to see if that clears up the issue.
