A buyer has raised a dispute with me and wants to return a coat after having it 6 months!!! They haven’t made ANY contact with me at all, shouldn’t they have raised their concerns immediately they received the item? Also PayPal have already taken the money when the dispute was raised and they now say when the coat has been returned to me (via tracked post) that they will take the funds from my PayPal account?! also I’m very concerned about receiving an item of clothing worn for 6 months during this covid-19 pandemic!!!! any help or suggestions what to do would be greatly appreciated. ps I am no longer able to add anything to the case as the only option it gives me now is to ‘issue refund’ and I’m not doing that!
