PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE PAID AN AIRLINE TICKET TO CEBU PACIFIC BUT I WAS TOLD THAT I HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND MY BOOKING HAS NOT PUSH THROUGH BUT MY PROBLEM IS THE AMOUNT I PAY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED ALREADY ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I PROCESS THE REFUND BY THE PAYPAL BECAUSE AN EMAIL SENT BY CEBU PACIFIC THAT THEY ALREADY CANCELLED IT AND THE PAYPAL SHOULD BE THE ONE TO ACTION ON THIS MATTER..
