Hi. Funds I have received for product are still on hold even after 21 days and the tracking of product says product is delivered. Status on PayPal is 'Shipped' it did not update to delivered. How long do I have to wait for my funds to be released? Why is it taking so long?

I received an email that my automatic transfer was completed, but the funds are still on my paypal account. I don't know if they were returned by my bank or what happened, what should I do? Last month it went without problems.

@PayPal_JonK I tried all that but it didn't help on desktop. I've managed to update it trough the phone application. Also, just a tip for everyone else - make sure you have some amount of money in your account! That might be the reason you can't add or update card.

Same here. I can't even update my expired one. I've contacted them on twitter but they just gave me some generic response. I even sent an email couple of days ago and still no answer. Their customer service sucks.
