My account was limited and the paypal appeal denied because I created paypal when I was under 18 years old. After that I received an email with this: “To continue using our service, please open a new PayPal account. You'll need to use a different email address. In case you want to use the same financial information for your new PayPal account, please send us a bank statement for the bank account ending with XXXX, so we can remove that bank account from the old PayPal account. The bank statement needs to contain your name and the bank account number as they appear in your old PayPal account. Please ensure that the bank statement is not older than 12 months. After approval you can then add your bank account to your new PayPal account.”. So I have the bank statements now but when I try to link the account to the new paypal it says it already is linked to another account. When i go to my limited account’s limitations on paypal’s website it says “Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account”. I can’t find any information about this and nobody knows the answers to this. Can I use my bank accounts again or no?
