On the 28 July I transferred from my bank in Spain €160 to my Paypal Account. However, as of today (07 Aug 2018) my Paypal Account Overview still says that the transfer is 'Processing'. The bank confirmed that the transfer went out on the 1 Aug 2018, so I am at a loss as to why this transfer is still 'Processing' within Paypal. I have emailed Paypal, but received no reply; the Resolution Centre wasn't any help either, as it said:

Since this is money you’ve received, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue.

but of course, I have not 'received' the money, and the bank said it sent it, so I am in limbo
