If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorise, let us know right away in the Resolution Centre:
Under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre.
Click Dispute a Transaction.
Select Unauthorised transaction and click Continue.
Follow the steps to report the transaction.
Remember, you’re protected against unauthorised transactions sent from your account. If you want to change either your password or your security questions and you remember your current PayPal password:
Go to Settings.
Click Security.
Beside 'Password' click Update, or beside 'Security questions', click Revise.
