Went thru resolution center to get a refund for a product I shipped back right away to seller. I shipped it USPS priority mail. Seller even agreed I needed to get a refund but after waiting for months finally filed a claim thru PayPal. He then told me he couldn't refund my money because there was a claim and I should cancel it. I did not trust him so I didnt' cancel it. NOW Paypal send a msg about me being due a refund but I need to send product back. I had already done that prior to even filing a claim. And since they only have a form to fill out with tracking # I'm out my money?!! Because there are no phone number to explain or email to anyone. Help, out there anyone?
