Signed up for trial on usenet.nl for 14 days. Tried cancelling the account while logged in to the site but would not confirm it had cancelled. Tried logging out but wouldn't log me back in to try and cancel again. Tried resetting password but never received the reset link even though I requested it a couple of times. Rang the German phone number on the site but it would just ring off. Looked up the reviews on Trust Pilot and realised it is blacklisted as a scam. I cancelled the recurring PayPal charge but still got charged €99.96 yesterday. How can get a refund to cancel an account when I can't get in contact with the site?
