Hi i've just sold a pair of trainers online. This guy offered me the money via PayPal instead of through the actual retail app which has happened a lot recently (so many scammers), but this time the money is actually in my account. But i'm still paranoid its a scam but can it be? I am a completely legitimate seller, but if I send out the trainers tomorrow and when he receives them, is there anything he can do that will instantly win him his money back? E.g can he lie about them being the wrong item? What proof can I give to dispute that?  ... View more

I am questioning whether to buy a pair of shoes off a seller. My only fear is of being scammed as it is a large amount of money. I have heard of "chargeback" and "Buyer Protection" but know very little about either. If I pay the seller, and he does not post them, what can I do? Am I 100% guaranteed to get my money back if he doesn't post them? Thank you, Joss ... View more
