Happened to me too. Also, when I reported the problem to customer service I received a response saying my "dispute had been denied." I didn't dispute anything! I just asked a question. I am very concerned about my money, which I suspect I will never see and which PayPal will probably say is "denied." Really fun for a disabled person on a fixed income.

Two days ago I checked the quick transfer option and was told that my money would be in my bank account within 30 minutes. Received email saying it was sent. Never got a cent. So, I reported the problem to customer service and received a reply that my dispute was denied. Apparently they just send automated responses that don't even apply to the topic. Is there any way I can talk to a real person at PayPal? I'm very concerned about my money. This is nerve-wracking!
