My PayPal claim has been awaiting sellers response since I set up the claim, on the 31st of May. The deadline set for the seller to respond was 14th June, however four days have passed after the deadline with no seller response. I waited 48 hours passed the deadline as I was told if a seller doesn’t respond I will be automatically refunded, however the status of the claim hasn’t been updated and I haven’t received any further comments from paypal. I’m not sure what to do? I know I am eligible for buyer protection and a full refund but I don’t see this refund happening at the moment
