My account has been limited due to a dispute I filed for a chargeback. I have completed all the steps to resolve the limitation except one. It asks me to send documents but nowhere does it state what documents. I have tried emailing PayPal several times but they never reply so I’m just stuck. I use PayPal a lot and am very disappointed with there lack of customer service.
Has as anyone else had this issue? If so how do I find out what I need to send ?
