A buyer requested a refund. When I logged into my account the balance was negative, reflecting the amount requested for refund. I paid this outstanding amount back into my paypal and the balance went to £0. I assume this is ‘on hold’ to refund the buyer? I then went onto the resolution centre to agree the refund but it fails to go through. I have tried for a few days now and I keep getting a ‘try again’ message. Has anyone else experienced this and could offer advice? I am confused as to where the money I paid back has gone, and why I can’t accept to give a refund?
