I’m so effing tired of PayPal and their horrible customer service !!! I tried to change my legal name and they asked me to provide ID so I send them my ID and after a couple of days they email me saying they successfully changed my legal name. HOWEVER they misspelled my name and wrote it completely wrong, like they misspelled the entire thing not just one letter or two. Like the name is right there infront of you written on the ID how could you mess it up so horribly. And now I can’t link my bank because the name doesn’t match and I have money in my account I want to withdraw but I can’t !! Chat customer support is not available either I’ve been trying to contact them for a couple of days now to no availability.
