I never received a notification of payment. There is no record of the payment in my account summary. Client sent me copy of the receipt he received from PP. He was paying off of a PP invoice. It was July 26th I sent an email to PP and they responded with a form-letter. I replied to that saying that none of the items they suggested were applicable and I sent them a screenshot of the receipt email the client sent me. He said the money was taken from his account. So where did it go? How got it? I am not new to PP and this is first time we've had a problem. I hope I can get my €1000 without to much of a hassle. If I can't or if it is, I'll leave and go to Stripe or some other service. I have options. I'll be interested to see how proactive PP is in resolving our problem. The mark of a good company is not just how well they do on the routine but how the sovle customer problems. I'll report back. Thank you.
