I've talked with the bank, they said as I didn't have enough money in my account before the transaction (that's why I'm having the negative balance), so most likely that transaction will be cancelled during the regular processing time of the weekdays, but if I have to cancel the pending transfer, bank told me it's up to the merchant (in this case it's PayPal). I've already changed my PayPal password etc, took all the necessary security steps already. But during that processing time of the pending transfer, I just have no access to my money, which is definitely not right. I've emailed PayPal, but no response, and for the calling, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes, but no customer service specialist talked to me about this issue. I've tried to dispute this transaction from my PayPal account, but everytime I try to do this, I get a notification that this transaction can't be disputed.

I've had an unauthorized transaction in my PayPal account, on Friday morning, 11/30/2018, I've received a bunch of spam emails about the transaction, then I've checked my PayPal account activity, then saw that $2000 was withdrawn from my bank account associated with PayPal. And at that time I've had about $1000 in my bank account, so because of this unauthorized PayPal transaction, I now have a negative balance in my bank account, because this unauthorized transaction is pending in my bank account activity, and so I can't access my money now. I've emailed PayPal yesterday morning regarding this issue, and asked to cancel this transaction but haven't received any response. It's a terrible situation. The PayPal transaction ID is 8X729353SA158714X. Please resolve the situation immediately.
